It's perfect for moms & grandma’s (Polers of any age!), people with restricted mobility or those who want to gain more strength and flexibility (the pole meets you where you are at), beginners and experts, this is a great class for anyone interested in working towards better health, balance, and flexibility.

What to expect each day?


Day 1:

Training: Get to know your pole, setting your space for success, and how to properly stretch and hold each pose for maximum benefits. 

The Pole Theory and how to implement the strategy into your daily practice. 

Polistic Yoga Session- 30 minute session focusing on hip opening poses and finding our balance. Great posture begins in the hips, so we unlock them to build a foundation of growth for our workshop. 


Day 2:

Training: Trauma is stored in the body and joint restrictions and inflammation could be caused from unprocessed trauma. Jennifer goes in depth in 3 part forgiveness process of using journaling, poling and affirmations to create new signals in the body. 

Polistic Yoga Session- Open with guided journaling, then a 30 minute releasing session focusing on strengthening the core (solar plexus) and opening the heart. 

After the session we will journal our strengths and craft an affirmation of power to keep us in the flow. 


Day 3:

Training: Feeling the flow. By day 3 we are comfortable with the pole, we have shifted our energy into a more positive state of being and released any baggage holding us back. We write our ultimate vision for our life and craft our life's mission statement. 

Polistic Yoga Session- Take our affirmations and integrate them into our practice. The focus is on the upper body, shoulders and neck. 

Consciously creating and writing down our stories and goals from a more expanded state of awareness opens up new possibilities and opens the path of flow.
